ORDER

One Marana Naidu and his wife Ramaiyee Ramuthai Ammal had passed away. The petitioner claims to be their nephew. He wants the legal heir certificate for both of them. Even though the petitioner is only a class II legal heir, still the authority can very well grant the same after due enquiry. The respondent is direct to hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
