This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners by name of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the basis of the complaint given by third respondent, the petitioners are harassed by the respondent police.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that no complaint is received from the third respondent as against the petitioners so far and therefore, the presence of the petitioners is not at all required by the respondent police. Even if a complaint is received, the respondent shall enquire only in accordance with law without harassing the petitioners.

5. Recording the above submission and subject to the observation made above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
