O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2, not to harass the petitioners on the alleged complaint given by the de facto complainant.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent FIR in Crime No.20 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) and 406 IPC has been registered against the petitioner. It is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the case was registered, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
