ORDER

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to pay salary to them on consolidated basis.

W.P.(MD)No.7452 of 2020 Athiff, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent University, on instructions, submitted that the request of the petitioners has been considered and the same has been rejected vide proceedings dated 28.01.2022.

3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 28.01.2022 in the manner known to law, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petition shall stand closed.
