It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.11.2016 and take necessary action within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
