This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.02.2024.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lost his helmet in an Educational Institution. Based on a CCTV footage, the petitioner has lodged a complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the CCTV footage produced by the petitioner is not sufficient to fix the accused. Since it is an Educational Institution, they are not in a position to take action.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed for the present with liberty to the petitioner to find out the real accused and to inform the same to the respondent police.
