2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is sufficient to direct the investigating agency to consider the grounds raised by the petitioner in this petition, during the course of investigation.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

4. On the ground of alibi, this Court cannot entertain the petition at the stage of F.I.R.
