O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to the third respondent in Crime No.10 of 2016 and to file final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. As the petition is for a direction directing the first

respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to the third respondent, in Crime No.10 of 2016 and to file a final report, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the investigation had already been transferred from the second respondent/Inspector of Police to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Wing-II, Madurai, Madurai District, and the prayer has become infructuous.

4. Since the prayer in the Criminal Original petition is satisfied, the main Criminal Original petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
