It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.10.2016 and take necessary action within the time stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
