For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.42 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in SPL.S.C.No.50 of 2020. 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 30.06.2020 and directed the trial Court to take up the trial as expeditiously as possible and complete the trial preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Srivilliputtur, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.
