Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records in Crime No. 06 of 2018 dated 20.04.2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thilagar Thidal All Women Police Station , Madurai City and quash the same as against the petitioners.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 06 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned Additional Mahila court, Madurai for an offence under Sections 506(i) and 323 of IPC and the same is yet to be taken on file.
