It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register the F.I.R. on the basis of the petitioner's CSR No.422/2016 dated 08.09.2016 and to investigate to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
