I.A. No. 35 of 2023 in O.S. No. 7 of 2019 by District Munsif Court, Oddanchathiram. ORDER: This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 03/04/2023 and upon peusuing the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, District Munsif Court, Oddanchathiram vide his Letter in D.No.135 dated:13.05.2025, forwarded through the Principal District Judge, Dindigul, vide her Letter in D.No.4612/2025 dated:21.06.2025, this Court made the following order: This court, by order dated 03.04.2023, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.24 of 2011 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned District Munsif, vide letter No. dated 06.07.2024, this court by order dated 28.03.2025 granted further six months time.

3.Now, the learned District Munsif, once again addressed a letter dated 13.05.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further three months time to comply with the orders dated 03.04.2023 and 23.07.2024 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 03.04.2023 and 23.07.2024.
