This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the complaint received as against the petitioner was enquired and after completion of enquiry, the petition was closed.
