Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey the petitioner's land which is situated in Survey No.129/C2 at Pullimankombai village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District by considering his application dated 16.03.2020 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of surveying petitioner's land within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of. In case, the respondents desire, they are permitted to take assistance of the police force. No costs.
