ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct immediate enquiry into Crime No.183 of 2015 registered on the file of the respondent police and to file final report within a time frame.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police has already conducted the enquiry and closed the case in Crime No.183 of 2015 as 'mistake of fact' and the closure report is yet to be served to the petitioner.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after receiving the closure report, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
