CRL MP(MD) No.3421 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.R.SREENIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that condition no. 7(c) in the order dated 02.06.2020 has been scrupulously complied with. But due to Covid-19 situation the petitioners were not in a position to stay at Valliyoor and report before the Valliyoor Police Station.

3. Considering this submission, condition no. 7(c) in the order dated 02.06.2020, is deleted. Instead the petitioners 1,3 to 24 shall report before respondent police as and when required for interrogation is substituted.

4. All other conditions in the order dated 02.06.2020 shall stand unaltered.
