O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.145 of 2018 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that already trial has been commenced and P.W.1 was examined partly on 27.03.2019. Thereafter, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti adjourned the matter periodically.

3. Considering the fact that the trial has been commenced in the month of March 2019 itself, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District is directed to proceed with the trial and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
