This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to grant police protection for the petitioner and his family members as well as to his property in Sy. No.7/3A (Old Sy.No.7/3) in T.Kallupatti Village, Madurai District.

Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 15.06.2020 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
