This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.10.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
