Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, by calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order of transfer passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. O2/12561/2023 dated 27.02.2024 and quash the same. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both Petitions and Mr.R.ANAND, Advocate for the 1st Respondent in both Petitions and Mr.D.SACHIKUMAR, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents 2 & 3 in both Petitions, the court made the following order:- The writ miscellaneous petition in W.M.P.(MD).No.7522 of 2024 has been filed by a third party to the writ petition seeking to implead himself as a party in the writ petition.

2. The writ miscellaneous petition in W.M.P.(MD).No.7523 of 2024 has been filed by a third party to the writ petition to vacate the interim stay granted in W.M.P. (MD).No.4681 of 2024 in W.P.(MD).No.4860 of 2024 dated 01.03.2024 and 06.03.2024.

3. The main writ petition has been filed by a warden working in the AdiDravidar Welfare hostel, challenging his order of transfer from Ramanathapuram to Vellore District on various grounds.

4. In such circumstances, a third party to the writ petition has no role 2/3

whatsoever to play in the service matter.

5. In view of the above said facts, these writ miscellaneous petitions are unsustainable and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, these writ miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
