ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide Police Protection to the petitioner's life, limb and the enjoyment of the property in Survey Numbers 12/2, 12/3, 12/5, 12/6, 12/1, 12/2 in Silarkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District (Patta No.1465), pursuant to the Award passed vide Lok Adalath Case No.12/2019 and 426/2019 before the National Lok Adalath held at Tenkasi, Tenkasi District on the basis of the representation dated 10.01.2020 as well as the receipt in C.S.R.No.199 of 2020 issued by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6868 of 2020 2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 10.01.2020.

3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 10.01.2020, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
