Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to survey and demarcate the properties comprised in Survey Nos.923/2, 932/5 and 946/1 situated at Mannavanur Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the Petitioners representation dated 24.05.2023 and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th Respondents to provide adequate Police Protection at the time of survey and demarcate the land stated supra and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
