For Respondent : Mr.S..Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 963 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Case of Women Missing was registered by the respondent police on 03.06.2020 in Crime No.963 of 2020 based on the complaint given by the one Ramakrishnan. His wife Divya was found missing from his home. The respondent police suspect that the women could have gone with one Kubendran. In this connection they have summoned the petitioner herein who is friend of Kubendran. The petitioner herein instead of participating in the enquiry had approached this court for anticipatory bail apprehending arrest.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner and they have called the petitioner to co-operate with enquiry towards missing lady.

3. Recording the same, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to attend the enquiry on summons and

the respondent police shall act in accordance with law giving due reverence to Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C.
