Let the writ petitioner pay the amount and get a reply in writing from the respondents. It is only on an oral representation, has the writ petition has been filed. The Court cannot entertain this writ petition. At present, the writ petition is dismissed. The option is always available to the petitioner to pay the amount for the coming financial year from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024 and if there is a refusal in writing then, the petitioner can come forward with appropriate further proceedings.
