ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-2, in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 5 of TNPID (F & G) Act, 1997 and Sections 406, 420 and 120 (b) of I.P.
C and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that believing the words of the petitioner and other accused persons, the defacto complainant is said to have deposited huge amount in the petitioner's Company and thereafter, the amount has not been repaid by the accused persons.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and her husband filed insolvency petition in I.P.No.17 of 2017 before the learned III Additional Sub-Court, Trichy.
5. In this matter, I am of the opinion that the petitioner and her husband deposited the money in some other places and filed insolvency petition and thereby the money of poor people has been looted and therefore, seeing the nature of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
6. When this Court expresses its mind to dismiss this anticipatory bail petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
7. In view of the endorsement so made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
