This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Subordinate Judge, Mudhukulathur to dispose the A.S.No.20 of 2018 in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court. 2.Though the petitioner has filed the appeal in the year 2018, he wants early disposal of the same.

3.This Court finds that there are several cases which are pending for more than 5 to 10 years and the case on hand is filed in the year 2018 only. But, admittedly it is First Appeal and it should be disposed within a particular period of time. 4.In the result:

(a) this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of; (b) the learned Subordinate Judge, Mudhukulathur, is directed to dispose the A.S.No.20 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
