2. The prayer in the writ petition is for assigning the petition mentioned scheme work to him. The writ petition was filed in 2020. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the work was assigned to Siruvayal Girama Ayacutdharkal Sangam in which the petitioner is a member. It is further stated that the work has also been completed long ago. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
