O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary Police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family from the hands of Respondents 3 and 4 and their henchmen on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 14.03.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner case was registered in Crime No.5 of 2020 and after completing the investigation, final report also filed, which has been taken cognizance by the trial Court in S.T.C.No.104 of 2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in spite the above said pendency of the criminal case trouble is continuously made by the respondents 3 & 4.
3.Let the second respondent herein enquire the above said representation by summoning the private respondents and petitioner, find out the situation as to whether any life threat is made to the petitioner. On the basis of the above said enquiry, further action may be taken either by the petitioner or by the concerned authorities. For that purpose all the parties must appear before the second respondent. Let the above said 2/4
representation be disposed of within a period of one week from the date of appearance of the parties.
4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
