This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent, dated 31.05.2019 and 13.01.2020 and to disburse the payment of Gratuity amounts with interest to the petitioners by dispose of their representation, dated 03.12.2019 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 and R2. 3.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought by the petitioners to consider their representation, dated 03.12.2019, I am inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition with the following directions:

W.P.(MD)No.7196 of 2020 (1)The respondents are directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioners, dated 03.12.2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
(2)In case, the respondents decide to reject the request of the petitioners, the petitioners may be heard after a suitable notice is issued to the petitioners before passing such order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
