The petitioner is the sister of the deceased in Crime No. Crime No.27 of 2024. The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police have not concluded the investigation has approached this Court. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is almost completed and final report could not be filed for want of viscera report. He further submits that the final report would be filed within a period of two months.

3.Since the case was registered in the month of January 2024, this petition is dismissed.
