O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation, on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.05.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other independent agency by the supervision of the 1st respondent herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that more than five cases have been registered against the petitioner and the counter petitioner and the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.05.2016 was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 19.08.2016. However, if the petitioner appears before the 2nd respondent police, they are ready to conduct re-enquiry and take necessary action, in accordance with law.
