2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent in all these cases. 3.In all these Writ Petitions, the respondent had issued demand notice to the petitioners without even issuing any show cause notice. However, it is informed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that the Managing Director of M/s.TASMAC has issued a circular, dated 22.06.2020 recalling the decision to issue demand notice and has decided to issue show cause notice to all the concerned persons.
