This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II Kuzhithurai, in Crl.M.P.No.9639 of 2024 dated 28.12.2024 and take action against the petitioner's complaint dated 03.12.2024.

2.According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurzai under Section 175(iii) of BNSS in Cr.M.P.No9639 of 2024 and the same was ordered and forwarded to the second respondent. But no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police received the order copy, dated 28.12.2024, only on 02.03.2025 and thereafter, the Inspector of Police, Kollamcode Police Station was engaged in Bandobust duty in Kaniyakumari District and also in various places. Therefore, he is unable to comply the order of the Court. He would 2/4

further submit that the order will be complied within a week. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the second respondent is directed to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II Kuzhithurai, in Crl.M.P.No.9639 of 2024, dated 28.12.2024, within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
