ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.316 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23160 of 2025 dated 08.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.316 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23160 of 2025 dated 08.01.2026., is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti once in a Month ie., on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 12.03.2026 sbn 2/4
