Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner claims to have carried out certain contractual works for the respondent corporation. He states that his bills are yet to be settled. The petitioner has given representation dated 07.03.2024 in this regard. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry. The petitioner shall place materials before the second respondent. The second respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Based on the order to be passed, the petitioner's right to receive payment will abide. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
