O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3187 of 2016 dated 19.10.2016 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil directing them to stay at Virudhunagar and report before the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar Town Police Station daily at 10:00am until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. In view of the above and considering the facts and the

circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on the 1st Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
