ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 6 from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 7 to 10.

2.Today (01.03.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that both sides were enquired and they appeared before the respondent police and agreed to prosecute their right in the Civil Court. 4.In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
