ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for disobeying the order passed by this Court Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14393 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, thereby observed that before resorting to any action, the respondents may verify whether the parties have actually compromised the matter, by giving notice to the fifth respondent and thereafter given police protection if necessary, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on enquiry, it was found that fifth respondent refused to compromise the issue with the petitioner.

3.Considering the above, if the Head Surveyor, Mudukulathur Taluk Office, seeks for any police protection, while surveying the land belongs to the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD)No.806 of 2021 give adequate police protection in the manner known to law. 4.With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
