The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to consider the Petitioner's application in Cr.M.P.No.3182 of 2016 to issue certified copy of notice issuable to him prior filing of final report and the copy of "action dropped" final report in Crime No.220 of 2012 on the file of the respondent Police.
