This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2022 in accordance with law.

2.Today(05.09.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner's application has already been considered and it was rejected. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed the same that his representation is for soil erosion caused due to encroachers. However, the respondents without considering the same has passed the order erroneously.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the prayer sought for by the petitioner is to consider his representation and pending this writ petition, the petitioner's representation has already been considered, and rejected and the same was also communicated to the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the order in the manner known to law.
