This petition has been filed to directing the Respondent herein to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.03.2022, which is taken on file in C.S.R.No.229 of 2022 and investigate the same by following due procedure and for other reliefs.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent police on 31.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
