ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.22550 of 2025 dated 09.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.22550 of 2025 dated 09.12.2025, is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti once in a Month ie., on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 12.03.2026 sbn 2/4
