The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2015, to issue patta for the land comprising in Survey No.TS.No.2726/1 in K.Pudur Industries Colony, Tallakulam Village, Madurai North Taluk, to the extent of 0.47 acres by considering the petitioner's representation within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2015, to issue patta for the land comprising in Survey No.TS.No.2726/1 in K.Pudur Industries Colony, Tallakulam Village, Madurai North Taluk, to the extent of 0.47 acres within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that neither there is rival claimant nor any suit is pending before any Civil Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4.In view of the specific submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
