ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from damaging and forming road on the northern side bank of water channel situated at S.No.917/3 of Ayyalure Village, Vedasandur, Dindigul, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the apprehension of the writ petitioner is unfounded, since no steps are being taken by the respondents to form road on the northern side bank of water channel situated at S.No.917/3, Ayyalure Village, Vedasandur, Dindigul.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required at present in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
