Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to permit and facilitate for performing of pooja at Kaliamman Kovil Temple, Sempukudipatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District by taking into account of the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2015 within a reasonable time.

ORDER

The Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner and Villagers for performing Pooja at Kaliamman Kovil Temple, Sempukudipatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2015, within a stipulated time. 2.Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the 1st respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
