O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 26.6.2014 of the petitioner, which was received by the respondents on 27.6.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he has made a representation dated 26.06.2014 to the respondents for disbursement of the compensation amount to him and since the same did not evoke any response so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 26.06.2014 of the petitioner and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
