ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the petitioner's name as 'Muthukumar' instead of 'Muthukumaran' in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15394 of 2025, dated 16.09.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, his name was wrongly mentioned in the petition, which has also been reflected in the order dated 16.09.2025. Hence, he prays that this petition may be allowed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has also admitted that the petitioner's name was wrongly mentioned.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the anticipatory bail petition as well as in the order copy in Crl.O.P.(MD) 2/4

No.15394 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025, and to issue a fresh order copy to the parties concerned.

6.
