This petition has been filed to directing the 2nd respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.01.2022 which is pending before the respondents police.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 31.01.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
