ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 I.P.C, in Crime No.178 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were snatched the defacto complainant's gold chain. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having two previous cases.

5.This Court is of the view that the offence involved is serious in nature and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
